HJ 57 Editorial

This has to be a short editorial. This team of editors published A Passage to Himalayan, Himalayan Club Newsletter, Millennium Celebration Souvenir (for Mumbai programme) and this is the fourth major publication of the Club this year. A hectic welcome to the new century.

In the present volume we have 42 Articles and Notes, 30 Book Reviews, and 5 In Memoriams. With 70 photos, 8 Panoramas, 4-fold-out sketch maps and 20 other maps it is a complete coverage of events, with a separate Index.
